MeditationTake 30 seconds and focus on your breathing. Concentrate on breathing in for a count of four, holding for a count of four, breathing out for a count of four and holding out for a count of four. This is "rhythmic" or "4-square" breathing.
While practicing the breathing, read the following meditation:
I am grateful for everyone I have a relationship with. I know that I have attracted each relationship to my life to help me learn a valuable lesson. My relationships help me to grow and bring me to an understanding of my true self.
If you know the Empower March, take a moment to do a set with the affirmation - "I am thankful for every relationship" and the feeling of Happiness.
Action StepsToday: Send a hand written note to one person who has made a difference in your life this year.
Tomorrow: Call an old friend and invite them to meet with you in person to catch up. The meeting may only be 30 minutes, but the one on one attention to this relationship will provide a blessing to each of you.
