Carla has been practicing Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique since March 2007 and has trained for more than 100 hours with Dr. M.T. Morter, Jr. the Founder of Morter Health Systems and the creator of B.E.S.T. She attends three seminars per year to stay up to date with the technique and to learn more deeply the science and philosophy behind the technique. Prior to learning BEST, Carla studied prepared childbirth methods as well as other energetic techniques like Emotional Freedom Technique and Reiki. Carla has a strong foundation in nutrition, traditional diets, and natural parenting and draws upon her vast knowledge of the available resources to provide advice and information to her clients.
