What is involved in a B.E.S.T. Session?
During a B.E.S.T. Session, I will spend time discussing your goals and current awareness-es in the areas of emotional, physical and financial well-being.  I will check range of motion as a baseline so you may see what areas of your physical body are being effected by your thoughts and emotions. You remain fully clothed during the entire session and you will be asked to lie in a face up or face down position on a massage table. You should wear comfortable clothing and let me know if you are uncomfortable in a reclining position.  You may be asked to remove your shoes.

We begin in the face up position and with your permission, I will rotate your legs and check your leg length.  I will make you aware of any leg-spasticity or unevenness in your legs as a baseline for your session.  I will also do a baseline muscle test with each of your arms.  These baseline evaluations help us identify where you have segmentation in your energy field.  Where segmentation occurs, energy cannot flow freely and access your body.

I will use your feet and innate to innate communication to be directed to the B.E.S.T. category that is in priority for you.  The category may relate to your emotions, your physical body or a past experience. I will identify the category and/or ask you to think of an awareness that might be troubling you.  You do not have to speak about your awareness. This is one of the greatest benefits of B.E.S.T.  Using innate to innate communication I can find and remove the interference without the need to voice where a physical discomfort may lie or what experience may be causing recurring negative thoughts.  You are able to maintain your privacy AND  begin immediately forming a new thought and pattern surrounding your awareness without getting caught up in the old "story" or PATTERN that is creating the interference.

Using this information, you will be asked to hold your eyes in a certain position (you may be asked to close your eyes or one eye and to look up or down or in an oblique position) while thinking about a feeling and a number and breathing in a certain pattern (you may be asked to hold your breath, breath in a four-square breathing pattern or hold your breath out after exhaling).  While you are holding your focus in the given manner and with your permission, I will use a light touch with my finger-tips at certain points on your head (at your temples, above your eyes or at your occipital ridge) to detect energetic pulses until they are synchronized.  Once the pulses are synchronized, you will have "balanced" that category. Sometimes there are several combinations that need to be addressed for a category to be cleared. 

Once a category is cleared, a new physical baseline will be established and I will continue to use innate to innate communication until your body indicates that no further balancing can be done during the session.  You will walk in a contra-lateral pattern for 3-4 lengths of the room to "integrate" the balancing that has taken place.  I will repeat the range of motion tests and discuss any new awarenesses or goals that may have surfaced during your session.

At the end of the session, I will discuss "homework" in the areas of the Six Essentials.

B.E.S.T. opens the door for healing to occur and for new thought patterns to be established.  You will need to make changes and "walk through the door" to gain the maximum benefit from this modality.  I will coach you along the way and help you reach the goals and dreams you have set for yourself.
